|Acupuncture||Acupuncture reduces sympathetic activity, normalises desturbed sleep and reduces muscle tension. Also it improves mood and reduces typical menopausal complaints.|
|Neuraltherapy||Neuraltherapy which means injection of neuraltherapeutics into
special regions of the body, is well-known to ameliorate sleep disorders,
irritability, depression and headache. Also problems with bones, muscles

For special purposes of reflex therapy such as treatment of myogeloses cupping and leeches are used. This application also can influence the function of the organ which is connected with the respective skin area via the reflex path.
Kinesiotherapy is used for prevention of osteoporosis, stabilizes vegetative function and normalizes metabolism. Walking, swimming, hiking, dancing, rhythmic gymnastics and spine gymnastics are favourable forms of sport. This therapy is also recommended in cardiovascular diseases.
